Are Genevia Skin Solution products tested on animals?

Genevia Skin Solution has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals! We do not test on any animals and we have adhered to cruelty free practices from first launch.

What are the expiry dates for Genevia Skin Solution products?

All Genevia Skin Solution products will last up to 36 months unopened from date of manufacture.

Will Genevia Skin Solution products give me an allergic reaction?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction as all our products are produced in an environment where cross-contamination is possible, albeit unlikely. If you have concerns about allergies please refer to the ingredient lists in the product descriptions, discuss with your doctor, and always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.

Will you ship to me internationally?

We offer free shipping to Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Standard Delivery 5 to 8 business days for the above locations. If you would like to arrange an order but your country is not currently being serviced please contact us here.

What is your return policy?

Please check your order upon receiving. If there is any issue, kindly alert and return to our delivery guy for replacement. We will not be able to replace a new product without collecting the returned product.
